Seeking guidance with furniture design? Inquire about our furniture investment packages, which are tailored to each client. For a flat fee rate, in conjunction with the amount invested into new furniture, we will propose two furniture arrangements for the rooms of your choice and handle the ordering, procurement, and delivery/ installation.

Our talented designers can take on everything from space planning, to moving plumbing/ electrical/ walls, to selecting paint colors/ finishes, and placing your personalized decor in the perfect location on install day.
The Crystal Coast is major tourist destination, and your vacation home is an investment. We take great pride in designing vacation rentals that increase every client's Return on Investment or ROI. Equally as important, is that the vacation rentals we design are filled with furniture, finishes, and decor that will withstand peak tourist months and last across seasons.
It is always our pleasure to team with local real estate agents, firms, and/or homeowners in surrounding areas to stage homes. More and more people are flocking south, and in a destination area like the Crystal Coast, the perfect staging will sell a home in a heartbeat!
Once a contract for a Furniture Package or Interior Design Services has been signed, and a deposit placed, our firm will present 2-6 weeks later with two design options for each space.
Our services allow for ample flexibility in the amount a client would like to invest per space/ per phase, and the final design selection will largely dictate where exactly that number falls. Our firm will present any and all of our recommendations to achieve the client's overall vision, and from there, we feel it should always be the client's choice to prioritize which designs to include, during which phase, and to what extent.
We oversee the entirety of every project to ensure that the work is up to our standards, completed on time, and brings to fruition exactly what the client is envisioning. As this process fuses our creative talents with our education/ expertise in the industry and project management, we charge cost + 20%. This 20% fee is billed in addition to the project cost and covers all of our design hours, materials, and product procurement— inspection/ handling/ delivery and installation.
